Andrea Anders
Anders was born in Madison and was raised in DeForest. She currently lives at Los Angeles. She earned a diploma from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001 she received her master's degree in fine arts in fine arts from Rutgers University. Anders dated Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. The two met on the filming of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive The X-Files; The Never Been Thawed). Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. She understudied Mary Louise Parker on Broadway in Proof. Later, in The Graduate she played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was staged in The Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film performances. Anders first appeared on stage in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig shut down on July 1, 2007 with Anders playing the role of accountant Jeannie. Anders debut TV appearance came in a Dannon advertisement that ran around the mid-90s. Then she appeared on TV again about the year 2006. Anders' most famous role is Nicole Allen, a former husband of a professional footballer, on The Class and Joey as Alex Garrett (a lawyer). Anders was in every episode of both shows, but neither was renewed. Anders has also been seen in guest characters on One Life to Live and Law & Order. She has made appearances as characters on The Guiding Light. In 2003, she was Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made minor appearances in The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was also a guest in the show Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders was a part of two television pilots that were unsuccessful. Spellbound and News To Me. Anders appeared on Better Off Ted for ABC the comedy-drama featuring just one camera. The script was written by Victor Fresco.
